Obligatory Cleaning.
There is an extra charge for obligatory cleaning after each holiday period:
Apartment 4 persons - 47€
Apartment 6 persons – 54€
Apartment 8 persons – 67€
The payment for this will be added to the total cost (please see booking conditions)
At the summer months, there is no charge for heating.

Bed Linen and towels are NOT availably, and you yourself have to bring linen, towels and kitchen cloth.
The house is all electric, with no gas cylinders. The electricity is including.
Change-over day is Saturday. Check-in time 15.00 PM – Check–out time 10.00 AM.
You will pay a refundable “Damage deposit” of €140 when you arrive to Axat and receive the key. You will receive the “Damage deposit” back (if nothing damaged or broken) when checking out.
